Heather Tremain

She is a member of the East Bay Estate Planning Council, Probate Section of the State Bar of California, Probate/Tax Section of the Alameda County Bar Association.

Nancy Hoffman

Attorney Nancy Hoffman, Partner, focuses in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Trust Administration and Health Care Law.

She is a Registered Nurse & graduated with highest honors from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1990.

Ms. Hoffman is a retired Navy Nurse & adjunct faculty at the California State University East Bay in the Legal Nurse Consultant programs and the Health Science Department.

Christine Brown

Ms. Brown began her legal career at a large accounting firm working with private clients on accounting and tax issues.  She has practiced estate planning, probate and trust administration at highly reputable law firms in the Bay Area. 

She received her B.A. from Michigan State University, and her J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. 

 She is a member of the California Bar Association as well as the San Francisco Bar Association, Estate Planning Probate and Trust Member Section.

Teresa Jenkins Main

Attorney Teresa Jenkins Main, of counsel, has practiced law in the Bay Area for 23 years in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration and litigation, and commercial litigation.

Ms. Main graduated from Stanford University with honors before attending Santa Clara University Law School, from which she graduated magna cum laude in 1985.  She is a member of the Contra Costa and Alameda County Bar Associations, the Trust and Estate Section of the Alameda County Bar Association, and the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Bar Association. Ms. Main also teaches law at John F. Kennedy University.
